Whether you looking to make your own trails in our vast wilderness country, or you want the easy touring that is available on our groomed trails, or you’d like to explore all of the ungroomed side trails into the country, we can tailor an adventure that suits you. The possibilities are endless!

We operate our Groomed Trail Tours along the old abandoned railway around the Clarenville area and can travel as far East and West as the railway goes (St. John’s to Port aux Basques), with many side trails (ungroomed) venturing into the Newfoundland Wilderness and also into the many friendly Newfoundland towns which give you access to all of the amenities you’ll need while riding.

We operate our Wilderness Tours into and around the remote and unspoiled country of the Bay Du Nord Wilderness Reserve. This Wilderness Reserve is considered to be the last major unspoiled area on the island of Newfoundland. The Reserve is 2,895 square kilometers of rugged country with wild rivers, boreal forest, bogs and barrens. The Reserve is Newfoundland's largest protected area and is internationally recognized as a stable oasis for the estimated 15,000 Woodland Caribou that live in the Reserve.

On this reserve, you can travel the many miles of open country and mountain ranges for days, seeing only wildlife and spectacular scenery, and experiencing the peacefulness and solitude of this vast wilderness country. Click here to find more information on the Bay Du Nord Wilderness Reserve.

Our trips can also combine the Groomed Trail Tours with the Wilderness Tours and the side trails making for a great, fun and adventureous trip.

We also offer wilderness cabin packages. We have a modern day cabin with all of the amenities which is located near the Bay Du Nord Wilderness Reserve, and yet, only a short ride (1/2 to 1 hour) from Clarenville and the groomed trails. This cabin is located in pristine wilderness country with mountains as the backdrop and a lake in the foreground and surrounded by hundreds of miles of open country and unspoiled wilderness. Here you will find spectacular scenery, endless open country snowmobiling and the peace and quiet that everyone longs for. This cabin is fly-in only during the summer and can be accessed by snowmobile in the winter. If you are looking for solitude, scenery and great snowmobiling, this is the place! Click here for cabin package prices.

While on a tour with us, whether on the trails or riding the open country, photo opportunities of wildlife are very common. You may see Moose, Caribou, Snowshoe Hare, Grouse, Ptarmigan (Partridge), Fox, Coyotes, Lynx and a variety of birds including the bold Grey Jay (also known as the Whiskey Jack or the Camp Robber).

With the abundance of snow, breath taking scenery, mountain ranges, endless open country, vast wilderness and many miles of groomed trails, Newfoundland is the location of choice for your Snowmobile Adventures!

We can also help you make arrangements for other lodging with the local motels, hotels, bed and breakfasts, and cabin owners. For more information, please view our Local Amenities and Important Links pages.

We have a snowmobile season that generally runs from late December to late April.
